1. Fill in the tourist visa application online: https://visa.vfsglobal.com/one-pager/india/uk/visa-services/english/index.html#tourist You will need your passport details and some information about your travel plans. For the Reference in India: Pallavi Gadodia +91 91 177 565 75 2. Book an appointment at the India Visa Application Centre (There is one in Hounslow and one in Goswell Road, Barbican). You will need your application reference number to book an appointment. 3. Attend the appointment with the requirements documents. This should include: - Passport valid for a minimum of 180 days with at least two blank pages. (Original + Photocopy of Passport) - Correct visa fee. (Tourist Visa is around £150 and you can pay by card at the Visa Centre) - Two recent 50 mm * 50 mm size photographs. Please check the Photo Specification on the VFS website. - 2 copies of the filled online application form and the declaration with signatures. (Printed and duly signed) - a photocopy of any previous Indian Visa (if applicable) From the appointment - The Visa Centre will keep your passport while processing your application and you should receive your visa and your passport back in around 10 - 15 working days.
Flight
International flights tend to be cheapest to Delhi and Mumbai. From there, you can take a domestic flight to Udaipur! Delhi to Udaipur - at least 4 flights per day. 1hr 20mins Mumbai to Udaipur at least 3 flights per day. 1hr 20 mins Other direct flight destinations - Jaisalmer (x1 flight), Jodhpur (x1), Jaipur (x1), Hyderabad (x1)

Our three-day wedding festivities will be held at Fateh Garh Heritage Hotel in Udaipur, India.

We have also blocked rooms at the sister property, Fateh Niwas. It's a 3-minute drive from the wedding venue and we will have transportation organised to make it easy to go between the events and your rooms.
