Welcome Drinks

**LOCATION CHANGED TO HOTEL’S LIGHTWELL BAR.** This is for out-of-town guests starting at 7 pm though we might not be back from the rehearsal dinner until later. We’ll cover the first round of drinks via tickets hotel staff will distribute. Most of us will have eaten, but additional beverages and food are available for a charge.

Shuttles to Church

The 12-seat shuttle will take repeated trips to the church with a final departure at 4 pm (or 4:20 pm if capacity requires it). Please RSVP for our headcount.
Pre-wedding Music

Concert pianist Dr. Won-Hee An will play for about 30 minutes as people are taking their seats. She's a Julliard grad who's performed with some of the nation's top symphonies, and she's a wonderful friend to boot.
Wedding

Our church shares a campus with a school. The wedding is in the sanctuary, which is the building with the cross on it.
Reception
5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

This is right across the green from the sanctuary in the church hall. The campus is dry, so this features dinner and nonalcoholic drinks. In lieu of dancing, kids activities and cornhole will be available.
Post-reception Shuttles to Hotel
7:15 pm - 8:15 pm

The 12-seat shuttle will run repeated trips back to the hotel starting around 7:10 pm. The wedding party will go back at 7:30 pm. Please RSVP, so we know if we need additional shuttle trips.
After Party

We have the La Grotta space across from Parkwoods reserved and have access to other seating, like on the beautiful patio. We’ll provide beer, cocktails and wine at a private bar as well as soda and juice at a self-serve station until last call. Water will be available all night.
