Flight
For all our guests traveling to Mexico City for our wedding, make sure to fly into the Benito Juarez International Airport (MEX). (Don't forget your passport, and make sure it expires no sooner than 6 months after your visit. If you're a US citizen, you do not need to apply for a visa ahead of time.)
Travel Note
Mexico City has heavy traffic during the day, so plan accordingly! Uber is widely available and safe to use throughout the city; just make sure you get into the correct car. You can use the Uber app the same way you would in the US, but the prices shown in the app will be in Mexican pesos. (Note - you cannot get an Uber from the airport, we recommend using Yellow Cab. You will see an official taxi service line outside of the airport.) If you plan on using a taxi around the city, we recommend finding taxis from official taxi stands rather than hailing one from the street or you can organize a tax via your hotel concierge.
Travel Note
We have decided not to offer a hotel block. Once we did more research and tried to set it all up, we realized it wasn't necessarily saving any money and that majority of guests are looking to book an Airbnb. We are sorry for any inconvenience! While searching for accommodations, we recommend any of the following areas: Condesa, Roma, and Polanco.
