This is not your typical fairy tale story but it is a fairy tale nonetheless. Andrea (Monique) was residing in Las Vegas, NV. After being given a clean bill of health from her doctors, she decided she was going to start to enjoy life again and live in the moment. Anyone who knows her, knows she hated to fly but she quickly got over it when she decided she was going to fly to Chicago to see one of her closest friends and surprise a few others that she knew to be in town. See, Andrea had plans for one weekend of fun only and then back to reality. Upon arrival in Chicago, and picking up her sister-friend Tiffany, two worlds began to collide. It is there, she met Jason. Fresh off from work and on the heels of Tiffany, to see who was arriving as they were not only best friends but roommates, as the house guests for the weekend. Immediately, Jason & Andrea were drawn to one another in their joking and teasing of Tiffany whom told Jason to stay away from her sister. It was during this weekend in Chicago, that Andrea took ill and to not delay the fun of the girls, Jason elected to stay with her and make sure that she was okay. It was during this period, that she smiles the most because, Jason, who did not know her, showed her kindness. He made her tea (which she doesn't like but will drink his) and just sat with her and talked for hours about their backgrounds, life, love, dreams and aspirations. It is in that conversation that they realized that they had so much in common.

Simple and sweet, the couple had date night and amongst friends on The Highroller in Las Vegas, up above the city, Jason got down on one knee and asked Andrea to spend the rest of her life with him. Shaking and grinning from ear to ear, she happily and excitedly said yes.
