What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 1:00pm so latest you should be there is 12:30pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The wedding will be outdoors so wear shoes that wont sink into the grass. Otherwise fun colors and patterns. Think Garden Tea party.
