We’re getting married!

"If you love something, let it go. If it comes back to you, its yours forever. If it doesn’t, then it was never meant to be." – Unknown This quote perfectly sums up our story. Together for a very short time at 18 years old and 22, respectively, we decided to call it quits due to some bumps in life's road. We went on our separate ways; Jason got married and had two boys, I had a daughter. Even though time went on I could never quite get that handsome boy I met at 18 out of my head. One day in August of last year Jason popped into my head and I decided to look him up. I assumed I wouldn't find him. I had looked him up in the past from time to time with no luck. I put his name into Facebook's search bar and...there he was! I nervously sent him a message, not knowing if he'd even remember me. When he responded, he was floored that it was me. Come to find out he had been thinking about me all of those years too! We've had a whirlwind romance since that day, quickly falling into a rhythm that's been seamless. We were engaged 6 months after our re-connection and since then we've bought a house together, blended our families, and became parents to the sweetest little pup named Cooper. I can't wait to marry my Prince Charming and be treated like the princess he treats me like every day for the rest of our lives.
