What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our Ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 pm We ask that guests arrive between 1:15 pm - 1:45 pm Church doors will close at 1:50 pm and re-open after the ceremony.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a small parking lot next to the church. Additionally, we have permission to park in the Kleinhans Music Hall parking lot (3 Symphony Circle) The reception will have plenty of parking at the Wurlitzer.

What are the dinner entrée selections?

Answer

Beef: 8 oz. Filet with Demi Glace Chicken: Chicken Saltimbocca with prosciutto & cheese, fresh sage, lemon & white wine sauce Seafood: Lobster Stuffed Shrimp with lemon cream sauce Vegetarian: Eggplant Rollatini Please initial next to one (1) entrée per person on the RSVP card before mailing it back to us by July 8!

Can I bring my children?

Answer

While your children are welcome to the Church for the ceremony, we've decided to make the reception an adults-only event. Thank you for understanding!

Question

At what times will the hotel shuttle be available?

Answer

The shuttle will pick up guests from the Holiday Inn at 4:45pm & 5:15pm for drop off at the Wurlitzer Building. At the end of the night, the shuttle will return to the Wurlitzer at 9:45pm & 10:30pm

Is there a dress code?

We are requesting a cocktail dress code for our wedding.
