Do I really HAVE to pick colors from the sample palette?
Answer
Short answer: We will not deny admission to anyone who came to celebrate, we love you. Long answer: I just love color coordination, and these are all my favorite colors. I think it would be so fun to have my wedding party and wedding guest all matching. However, I don’t want anyone stressing themselves out. Just come, dress up, and celebrate with us 😊

What is the Dress code?
Answer
Let’s say Semi-formal. We love it when you dress up and you can feel free to use this wedding to “pull out all the stops”, I can’t wait to see what you come up with. The same rules apply: no stress, come celebrate.

What is the terrain? Can we wear heels?
Answer
The terrain at Scars Farm is mostly short grass (Ceremony), except inside the barn (Reception), which is air-conditioned and has hard floors. It should be fairly manageable ground for wider heels. We do, however, hope you bring your dancing shoes!!! #getDownwiththeDookhoos😉

Can we bring our children and/or a plus one?
Answer
As much as we love little ones, we are competing for limited space and we are unable to permit space everyone’s children/plus ones. Unless we have spoken about you bringing your children or a plus one, we are not planning to accommodate them. However, please let me know if not bringing your children, will stop you from attending. We want you to come! Reach out to me and we can see what can be worked out.

Yes! We know Bartow is far for many, so we have reserved rooms at The Hilton which is about 15 minutes from the venue. Your presence is enough, we love having all our favorite people in one place and we are so looking forward to having you all at our special event! However, if you would like to get us something, we have included varied forms of gifts and "funds" on our registry :)
