Hi everyone! We are so excited for you to join us for our wedding! Guest are expected to stay a minimum of 3 nights. Feel free to choose which days you’d prefer to stay. We don’t mind if any of you would like to stay longer, either. The ideal 3-night minimum stay would be 05/02/25-05/05/25. PASSPORTS ARE NEEDED ••• In order for you all to book your rooms, we are asking that everyone please book through our travel agent. This will ensure the resort gets the exact guest count for our wedding, and it is how we meet our very important accommodations set in place. We ask that you all send your emails to Jasmine or Sebastian so the agency can contact you directly. You can expect an email from whitney@sunset-travel.com. We will start sending out emails January 2024. Whitney will answer any questions you may have about booking. ••• It is IMPERATIVE that all guests have their rooms booked and paid off by March 1, 2025. The resort will not allow guest rooms to count towards our wedding if booked after this date. We recommend booking early and locking in early rates.
