We're getting married

We met on the stationary bikes at the Trine University athletic training facility as we were both going through physical therapy for a knee injury. Through small talk and shared laughs (mostly Jon trying to make Jasmine laugh during exercises), an instant connection was formed. After the first PT session, we both immediately looked each other up on the sports team rosters as we could not forget about the cheerleader and soccer player on the bike at therapy. Unfortunately (but fortunately), physical therapy had to come to an end and so did the laughs and small talk. As school continued, life got very busy. It wasn't until March 2020 when our paths crossed again, but COVID quickly ended the college semester for us. Upon returning the next school year, Jasmine found Jon on crutches yet again, and sparked conversation. This led to our first date and many more to follow including formals, hikes at Pokagon State Park, cafe dates at Sutton's Deli and Healthies, and Trine sporting events. From this point on, we knew God placed us in each others lives for a special purpose. No matter where our lives took us during college, we always found our way back to each other. Although our journey began many years ago, we are so excited that you now get to witness this next chapter of our lives unfold!
