Question
What days do you recommend we stay?
Answer
Jomo & Jasmin will be arriving on Tuesday, April 23rd & depart on Monday, April 29th. We will be hosting a welcome event which will be an "All White Beach Bash" on Thursday, April 25th. We strongly encourage you to arrive by then so you can join us that evening.

Do we have to book through your link?
Answer
Yes, all reservations must be made through the link. Yes. In order to be included with our room rates and included in our wedding festivities, you must book through our room block and travel agent. Booking through websites like Expedia, does not guarantee your room and could be canceled at any time by the resort.

Do I have to stay at the resort?
Answer
Yes, all wedding festivities will be held at Hard Rock Punta Cana. If you are not a guest of Hard Rock Punta Cana or under our room block, there will be additional fees that you will be charged to visit the hotel and attend our events.

Are there payment deadlines?
Answer
Yes, look at the dates below! ASAP: Deposit/First Payments due! Deposits are $100 per adult for double occupancy or $200 for solo occupancy. The sooner the better as it will help Jomo & Jasmin with their planning process. Rooms are booking fast at HRPC & we would like to know if we should extend our room block. December 1, 2023: 60% of room cost must be paid. (Reservation may be canceled and your deposit may be lost.) February 1, 2024: Final Payment/Room Balance due.

Are Kids Invited?
Answer
We love your kids—we really do! However, we hope you will understand our decision to make the WEDDING EVENTS children-free (with the exception of the children in the bridal party), and take the opportunity to let your hair down and celebrate in style! The hotel does have babysitters on staff, we will be reaching out to get that information added to our site.

Do they offer childcare?
Answer
Yes, there are childcare options at the HRPC. During our wedding events, they offer babysitting services for hire. Services start at $20 (US) per hour and can be arranged at the "Kids Club". You must reserve the services prior to the wedding events. Guests are responsible for reserving their own childcare services.

Can I Bring A Date?

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Do I have to attend all of the events?
Answer
Of course not, we understand that our wedding is a vacation for you as well. We would love for you to attend, but understand that you may not be able to. We ask that you do attend if you RSVP "yes," as we will be providing the venue a headcount for every event.
