Paul and Daniel Met in their high school years and have gradually grown closer since. Some of their greatest highlights within their epic brotherhood was graduating an INTENSE leadership Program “New Era” together ! Many people were unable to complete this program as it was the greatest mentally tough challenge course either of the two could remember . So in a sense they are close like Frat Brothers! Also, Daniel & Paul keep each other cracking up with their talent of impersonations of their favorite celebs . Perfect balance of humor & love with these bros.

Justin & Paul first became friends while touring & working with each other @ “Kaiser Permanente’s educational theatre program”. That time in their lives was a journey within itself & epic timing to build a bond ! Paul was just 20 at the time and Justin a few years older . Although they performed in two totally separate shows they continued to find themselves adventuring I.e. Justin invited Paul to his 1st Vegas trip when he turned 21! So I guess you can say their foundation of their friendship was based on health education /performance , and, well..VEGAS!! Lol. Justin looks out for Paul as a big bro should , always has! Their bond is unconditional & rock solid .

Justin & Paul go way back to their Bay Area Days when the thought of marriage was not EVEN on the radar , haha. Fast forward to present day , Justin has 2 beautiful kids & married to his lovely wife Rose (they married last month , JULY 20th!!). People often mistake Justin and Paul for being brothers or cousins because they look alike (they still don’t see it ). But they definitely are family and one of Paul’s greatest gifts is being godfather to his 2 boys. Fun fact: Jarette & Paul were introduced by Justin & his wife Rose . And here we are TODAY!

Nonetheless, these two also LOVE to make each other laugh by any means necessary . Although Steve is technically Pauls older cousin , Paul looks up to Steve as a big bro and or father figure. Some of the greatest highlights are trips to Yosemite - the hikes- and living with each other for some years growing up.

Since their high school years these two have had an epic dynamic ! Lance & Paul grew to know each other like most guys do, through ...COMPETING! Whether it was playing Super Nintendo back in the day , poker tournaments with the fellas , b-ball, etc! They continue to “show up” for each other in in a number of ways and somehow stay connected even though lance refuses to to participate in ANY form of social media!! , haha (wise man). Brotherly bond between these two for sure ! Best is yet to come .

Richard often refers to Paul as the “son he never had”. Richard & Paul first started off their friendship back in 2015 as Richard took a chance on hiring Paul as his personal health & fitness coach shortly after meeting at “24 hour fitness”. Since then , They have shared awesome success within their growing friendship (both in & out of the gym). Richard began his fitness journey at 297 lbs & currently 210 lbs!! However, Richard & Paul would both agree that the unconditional support & love they demonstrate for each other is their greatest success as a team. The mutual support the two give to each other on a weekly basis is an incredible blessing that is cherished .

Jimmy & Paul first became friends from a website called “roomsters.com” (true story, lol). The two were such good friends they remained roommates when they moved from their first apartment . Given Paul’s picky Roomating preferences this was nothing short of a miracle ! Jimmy & Paul are “two peas in a pod” for sure and Paul cherishes Jimmy as not just one of the best roommates or friends he knows but all around GOOD PERSON. These two nerds are meant to be bros no doubt about it ! Haha. They teach each other a whole lot in this life & as cool as a friendship gets. The legendary Jimmy “fingers” strikes again!

Wendy says her son Paul “was an angel sent to her during a very challenging time in her life...” She didn’t always feel this way in Paul’s teen years in which they “butted heads” like it was a sport. Lol. They share a common love for fitness, hikes/nature , & hardcore boot camp style training. Paul inherited a lot of his fighting spirit & self reliance from his mom. One of their all time highlights together was the Thanksgiving they personally handed out gift packages to people most in need in their community. Paul is extremely grateful for his mom’s influence on introducing him to the health & fitness world which has helped him inspire & transform countless lives and counting !!!
