Are kids allowed?

Answer

We have a large invited guest count, so at the moment only close family and relatives will be bringing their kids, as well as families with newer additions to the family. Once we start receiving RSVP's, we can hopefully make room for additional children! Please feel free to reach out if you feel you need to bring your kids. We will do our absolute best to accommodate depending on the guest count. When you RSVP, all invited family members should be listed. Again, reach out if you think someone is missing. Thank you so much for your understanding.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Western chic/Cocktail attire. Bolo ties, cowboy/girl boots, dresses, dark jeans + suit jacket, paisley/flower patterns, western hats & styles, etc. Have fun with it if you would like! Bolo ties, cowboy/girl boots, dresses, suit jackets , paisley/flower patterns, western hats & styles encouraged. If that's not your thing, cocktail attire totally works :)

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both. There is tons of outdoor space. So, weather permitting... hang outside and enjoy the views. Ceremony & Cocktail Hour = outside. Dinner = inside. Reception = inside/outside

If you drive yourself to the venue, there will be parking available.

Yes, on the website when you RSVP.

Does a bear s*** in the woods? If you are coming from sea level, be conscious of your alcohol intake.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Shuttle service to and from the wedding will be from Gateway Inn and Grand Lake Lodge (see "Travel" section).
