The Westin Waltham Boston

We've reserved a hotel block at the Westin Waltham for both Saturday and Sunday nights. This hotel is located about 30 minutes west of downtown Boston and is convenient to both the rehearsal dinner and wedding venues (and will be the site of our afterparty). Please click below to book a room in the "Berg Weintraub Wedding Block". If the block is full, select a different room configuration (i.e. two queen beds instead of one king). If the block still appears full, please let us know and we can add more rooms. We've extended the block to include Thursday, Friday, and Monday nights. Uncertain of your travel plans? Please note: the hotel has very flexible cancellation policies! Ask for more information when you book.

Boston Logan International Airport

Boston Logan International Airport is the closest and most convenient airport for our wedding weekend. The airport is located about 20 miles from the hotel, rehearsal dinner, and wedding venues so you will want to arrange for transportation (rental car is probably best). Looking for bargain airfare? You may want to check Providence or Worcester Airports (each are a little over an hour from our wedding festivity locations).

Shuttle

END OF THE NIGHT SHUTTLE - Knights Bus To Westin Waltham

July 11, 2021 9:00 pm - 12:00 pm

There will be bus transportation home at the END of the evening. The shuttle will depart FROM Elm Bank on the hour and provide transportation for guests staying at the Westin Waltham hotel.

Travel Note

Uber & Veteran's Taxi (Transportation TO Ceremony)

If you plan to drive to the ceremony, there will be plenty of parking available. Please drive responsibly! If you plan to drink we urge you to arrange transportation. For transportation TO Elm Bank, we suggest Uber or Veteran's Taxi. Veteran's Taxi is a local, suburban taxi company that will allow you to schedule rides in advance. If you have any questions about transportation to and from the wedding please don't hesitate to let us know! Our top priority is that everyone travels safely!
