We're getting married!

Jared and Kelsey met at college orientation at Eastern Connecticut State University where their orientation nicknames were Jelly Bean Jared and Kit Kat Kelsey, this was so people in the orientation group would remember each other. Well they did... Kelsey and Jared even sat next to each other and listened to an inspirational speaker mention that several of the students in the room about to embark on their college careers would end up together.. Who knew it would be Kelsey and Jared as they sat next to each other that very day. After being best friends for 3 years Jared and Kelsey decided it was finally time to give dating a try. Kelsey attended Jared's cousin's wedding that summer and had to meet his entire family. Little did she know, this was a test to see if she could survive the Picco family. She did indeed survive and was welcomed with open arms. It has been 6 years now and they have been inseparable ever since.

The engagement happened in the White Mountains of New Hampshire at the Picco family cabin. This is where Kelsey always said she wanted to get engaged. Kelsey had no idea the proposal was going to happen and Jared was so nervous he thought "she was breathing heavy" because she was on to him. They arrived at the house and within minutes of getting there, Jared got down on one knee right in the living room because he couldn't hold it in anymore. Kelsey could not believe it! She was more than shocked and stared at him for several minutes, jaw dropped, before saying "OF COURSE"!
