Please, please, please say your prayers for nice weather! I really want the ceremony to be at the waterfall! In the event of rain, the ceremony will be held outside of the Clubhouse under a tent.
We know that we are pretty much the last of our friends to get married and have kids lol! So we kept you in mind and are offering some "kid-friendly" appetizers. They are also welcome to partake in meal as well! We definitely planned for all the kids to be eating the main meal as well as the adults so don't feel like they can't! The main meal will be a salad station and a pasta station, where you will be able to customize what you would like.
There will be free domestic beer, house wine, pop (that's Soda for you Southerners lol) and coffee available. If you would like liquor it will cost you.
There will be golf carts with attendants lined up by the clubhouse to take our guests to the 18th hole ceremony site. It is a bit of a drive, so they are willing to do this for our guests. They will also be taking everyone back to the clubhouse for the reception. The golf course does not close down for the ceremony, so please keep this in mind that there are still golfers playing on the holes.
Yes! While the wedding party are taking pictures before and after the ceremony, that would be a great time for you to go see up close the massive Longhorn cattle that are just up the walkway from the Clubhouse! They are a great site to see for sure!!!
The ceremony is at 4:30 pm. The reception will be held right after the ceremony and pictures are taken. You are welcome to go to the reception area, get your seats, have a few drinks, check out the club, and see the Longhorns while the wedding party finishes up with pictures!
