Our ceremony will be held outdoors. The reception will be indoor/outdoor under a weatherproof structured tent adjacent the Valley Green Inn.
Valley Green Inn has an extended outdoor area with attached tent where the ceremony will take place in addition to the reception should rain interfere with our wedding date.
There is limited parking next to the inn. We ask that guests who are physically able leave these spaces for guests with mobility concerns. However, any guests are welcome to drive down to the inn to drop off other guests. There will be a parking attendant present to assist with parking questions. If you are have physical concerns or are dropping guests off, you may give the parking attendant your name to be let in. If not, please park in the lot next to the parking attendant and walk down to the venue. The walk from the upper parking lot to the venue is paved, but is fairly steep downhill. Please be sure to wear appropriate shoes.
We have not reserved any accommodations for out of town guests. However, please check our travel page for a list of recommended nearby hotels so you can choose the best one for you!
We are excited to offer our guests an open bar during our cocktail hour and reception. We ask that guests drink responsibly.
Knowing that many of our guests have infants or small children, we have chosen to include many of these in our guest list. Please refer to your invitation and online RSVP for details specific to your family. Let the bride or groom know if you have any questions navigating these.
