Jordan and Hannah met on their first day on campus at Vanderbilt University. They were in the same Vanderbilt Visions Class (an orientation to campus class) and quickly became friends, bonding over coloring books and funny Youtube videos. They had long study sessions and even exchanged piano and tennis lessons with each other. One Saturday morning at Centennial Park, Jordan and Hannah wandered around the park looking for a tennis court. Unsuccessful, they sat down on a nearby bench where Hannah soon fell asleep on Jordan's shoulder, swiftly ending any chance he had at bachelorhood. Hannah had promised herself that she wouldn't rush into a relationship in college and not date until October, but after a few days deliberation she knew she had to trust her gut and go out on a date with this wonderful man. The anniversary of their first date is September 29th, where they shared burgers and ice cream before stargazing under the hazy Nashville sky.
