What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00PM. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to allow yourself enough time for parking and finding your seat.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Our venue offers free on-site parking that is easily accessible! There is handicap parking available for guests with mobility needs. We encourage guests to Uber/Lyft at the end of the night if needed!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our venue has a capacity maximum, which we want to honor and respect. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and will include the name of the children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself! For those of you that will be bringing children, please use your own discretion as there will be alcoholic beverages and some explicit music throughout our day.

Do you have any hotel suggestions?

Answer

The Springfield Courtyard Marriott is just 2 miles away and The Mills Park Hotel in Yellow Springs is only 7 miles away. Both are fantastic options within walking distance of restaurants and breweries! There are room blocks reserved under the Singh-Pierce name at both hotels. We recommend our family and wedding party to stay at The Mills Park Hotel with us and all other guests to stay at The Springfield Courtyard Marriott.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is summer formal! We want our wedding to feel like a garden party. Think vibrant colors, patterns, and textures. Please avoid jeans and the color white. We can't wait to see everyone dressed up!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! Please drink responsibly and arrange transportation accordingly.
