Reception

Cocktail hour will be from 5:30-6:30 with the reception to follow immediately after. The venue is approximately a 3 minute drive from the hotels. Parking is available and vehicles may be left overnight. Transportation will be available from the Holiday Inn Express and the Hampton Inn to the reception venue. THERE WILL NOT BE A SHUTTLE FROM BAYMONT INN. The schedule is below:* Holiday Inn Express: 5:00 PM Hampton Inn: 5:10 PM Arrival at BRB: 5:20 PM Holiday Inn Express: 5:40 PM Hampton Inn Express: 5:50 PM Arrival at BRB: 6:00 PM If needed - Holiday Inn Express: 6:20 PM Hampton Inn Express: 6:30 PM Arrival at BRB: 6:40 PM *Shuttle will depart after loading/unloading upon arrival so please arrive to shuttle pickup early as the departure time may be earlier than the schedule Return shuttles to the Holiday Inn Express, Hampton Inn, and Baymont Inn will be available at 10:00, 11:00, and 12:00 (There will be an additional shuttle available after the 12:00 shuttle if needed)
