It all began in March of 2011 when a mutual friend brought Gus over for a boxing watch party. I honestly didn't think much of him back then, but he started coming over with him more often. Every time he would come, he would bring a bag of chips and salsa, so much so that we had an overstock of chips and salsa that would last us for weeks! Then around April of that same year, Gus stopped coming over, and that was when I said,” I kinda miss Gus.” I remember thinking, ”Wow, I never do this, but I want to text him,” so I asked my sister for his number. And with nerves running down my body, I texted him,” Hey, chips and salsa guy” After that, we started hanging out and became exclusive on May 24th, 2011. After a year of dating, we decided to move in together and rent an apartment, like any average couple, right? Nope, we ended up putting an offer on what became our first home together. Two weeks after our offer we learned we would be parents to our angel baby that, sadly, we didn’t get to meet. But God sent us our rainbow baby Sebastian, and then in August 2021, we welcomed our princess Emilia to complete our family. After 12 years of ups and down, three houses later, and three different wedding dates, we have decided to officially join our lives and celebrate our love in front of family and friends in Medellin, Colombia. We can’t wait to continue to write our pages in the crazy adventurous book we call life.
