We have reserved a block of rooms at the historic Hood River Hotel located in central Hood River for August 25 - 28. Please use the link on our travel page to get our group block rate
We will offer a shuttle van to pick you up from the Hood River Hotel at 3:00pm to take you to the venue for the wedding. Shuttles will return at the end of the evening. If you would like a pickup from a different location, please send us a note so we can coordinate with our driver. Please see the Travel page for a link to complete a request form.
Hood River, OR is approximately 1 hour east of Portland. You can drive or take a bus. The Columbia Gorge Express run by CAT Transit has an express bus that runs from the Gateway Transit Center in Portland to Hood River. You will need to take a cab or train to get to the station from the Portland Airport. Find more info at https://gorgetranslink.com/. Gorge Passes are $40 per year. You can take a greyhound bus for about $50 round trip. The Greyhound station is located a 20-minute cab ride away from the airport. The Greyhound has a daily trip at 9:50 am from the Greyhound Portland bus stop to Hood River. Because we know that most of you are traveling to come and celebrate with us on our big day, yes you can bring a plus one. Most of our invites to couples will include both of your names. Please reach out if you have any questions. Just be sure to RSVP with their information.

Your presence is a present enough! But for those of you who are feeling particularly generous can find our registry on this website. Please use the registry to ship gifts directly to our home. We will have a place for cards at the reception.
The venue is primarily outdoors. There are two structures to help shade you from the sun, the barn and the covered pavilion. There are paved walking paths to use.
We want to make sure all our guests can experience the magic of Tin Roof Barn; the entire venue is accessible.
