Get the DART train from Dublin city to Sutton and walk the cliffs, arriving in Coastal town of Howth. This is a steeper walk than Bray-Greystones but very scenic. There is a harbour and nice pubs and seafood restaurants.
Get the DART train from Dublin city centre to Bray and walk to Greystones. This is a flatter option (compared to Howth cliff walf) and has beautiful scenery.
Get the DART train from Dublin to Monkstown, Dun Laoighaire, Sandycove, Dalkey and Killiney. Stop at Caviston's (Sandycove) or Avoca (Monkstown) for lunch/dinner.
Roe & Co. distillery is opposite the Guinness storehouse. It is housed in the former Guiness Power Station. Roe & Co. has a lovely industrial style cocktail bar that you can go to without doing the tour, so you could have a drink there after doing the Guinness tour.
