Kurt & Jane live in Chicago and they met at a CUBS game...isn't that how everyone in Chicago meets? They did meet at a CUBS game but it took a year to actually go out on a first date.  Eventually Kurt asked Jane to go to dinner but it was the same night as a Blackhawks playoff game, and feeling a little silly, Jane told Kurt she would rather watch a hockey game then go to dinner. With a sigh of relief, Kurt immediately said, I'm from Buffalo!  That first date lasted a full hockey game plus three overtimes!

How we met

In August 2018, Kurt & Jane took a took a long awaited vacation to Greece.  On their first full day there, while exploring the ancient streets of the magical castle of Monemvasia, Kurt took a knee in a beautiful courtyard and asked Jane to be his wife. There were angels present during this special moment...and they have the photos to prove it. #Loveafterall
