What should I wear?
Answer
The dress code for the ceremony and reception is Summer Formal—wherever you feel most comfortable between cocktail and black tie. It'll likely be pretty hot during the day, but it cools off in the mountains at night. If you get chilly easily (like Jane) you probably want to bring a jacket or wrap for later in the evening. For those of you who are interested, we have a 20% off code for Rent the Runway. Enter JJWEDDING0720 at check-out! What kind of shoes should I wear?
Answer
The venue is a mix of gravel and grass outdoors, and hardwood indoors. You might want to rethink stilettos as it may be challenging to walk around the grounds!

Where is the ceremony and reception, and how will I get there?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will be at The BARN at Liberty Farms located at 60 Ostrander Rd, Ghent, NY 12075. We will be providing shuttle service to and from the venue from a central location in Hudson. While there is parking available, we encourage everyone to take the shuttle.

Where and when is the shuttle?
Answer
The shuttle will leave from The Barlow Hotel, which is located at 542 Warren Street in Hudson. We will have two shuttles that will begin transporting guests at 3pm. Each shuttle will make two trips. Each shuttle will also make two trips at the end of the night to bring guests back to The Barlow.

What if I'm done partying and want to leave early?
Answer
Our two shuttles will stagger at the end of the night offering an option for those who want to leave a little earlier. If you would like to leave before the first shuttle leaves, both Uber and Lyft are available. But why would you want to leave?

Shuttles will begin leaving at 3:30pm. If you are driving or taking a Lyft/Uber, please plan to arrive by 4:00pm.

Yes, there is a limited amount of parking available. However we encourage everyone to take the shuttle!

Will the event be taking place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will take place outdoors, with the cocktail hour and reception taking place indoors. The venue is set up so that you can go in and out at your leisure!

What type of food will be served?
Answer
We will be serving lamb and chicken, with a variety of seasonal vegetable sides. For vegetarians/vegans, there will be a wide variety of options available. No one will go hungry!
