Homewood Suites by Hilton Downtown Pittsburgh

We've reserved a block at the Homewood Suites Downtown location for our guests! It's a 12-minute walk to the venue, and we'll be seeing off our loved ones (you!) with a Sunday brunch in the hotel the morning after the wedding. We'll also be staying there! The link below will take you to a page where you can book with our discounted rate, which applies on Friday and Saturday nights. You should also be able to mention Turner-O'Brien wedding on the phone for the rate.

Flight

PIT

Pittsburgh International (PIT) is Pittsburgh's major airport. It's between 30-60 minutes from the city, depending on where you're staying and the time of day. (The rush hour struggle crossing the Fort Pitt bridge is very real.) If you're not renting a car, there is an $2.75 airport shuttle into the city (the 28X) that takes the scenic route through Downtown to the Oakland area. An Uber or Lyft into the city is easy to grab from the airport, and costs $35-$45. SuperShuttle also works here, and your hotel may offer pickup services. You can get flights from most major US airlines here (but don't count on a nonstop flight)

Getting Around

Pittsburgh is most easily traveled by car. If you don't want to rent a car, Uber and Lyft are readily available and will get you everywhere you need to go. (You won't have much luck hailing a cab, though!)
