Although I'm sure most of you know our story, I thought it would be nice to have it written out to look back on and remember. Mason and I met in high school at Emmanuel Christian, and we started dating in January of 2018. Although we'd known of each other for a very long time, we didn't become close friends until the fall of 2017. Mason was a Sophomore and I was a Senior (yes, I know, bring on the jokes lol). We were both on the worship team for chapel, and a few months into school, I decided to sit at the same lunch table as him. Little did we know that we were both sitting across from our future spouse! As the years have gone by, we have experienced many changes together - graduating high school, going into college, starting new jobs, moving into new houses, all while trying to prioritize our relationship and love for each other. It hasn't always been easy, but we are so lucky to have friends and family that have supported us the whole way through. God has blessed us so richly, and we couldn't be more thankful. On October 9th, 2021, Mason asked me to marry him - and on December 31st, we will officially be husband and wife. We can't wait to celebrate with you all! With Love, Janae & Mason
