We are so grateful that you're traveling for our wedding. Isselhorst is a small village close to the city of Bielefeld. In order to get there you will either have to take a train or rental car after your flight. We know it's quite the journey, so we will try and break it down as easy as possible. Always reach out with questions if you have any!

Flight

Hannover, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Berlin

Hannover and Düsseldorf are the closest airports to Bielefeld/Isselhorst. However, you will still have to travel by train or car to get to your final destination, so it sometimes makes sense to book a flight to Frankfurt or München instead and then continue on, if the route ends up being less pricey that way. Berlin is a great visit and if you are keen to go there before or after the wedding, you can take the 3.5 hour high speed train (ICE) straight there from Bielefeld. Please reach out with any questions if you are unsure!

Train

Deutsche Bahn

You can take Die Bahn from any of the airports to Bielefeld. ICE is the fastest (high speed train) with the least amount of stops. There's an ICE straight from Bielefeld to Berlin in case you'd like to visit before or after the wedding (3.5 hours). Guess what else? Paris is only a 3.5 hour train ride from Köln (Cologne), which in turn connects to Bielefeld via train easy peasy.
