We met at an Iowa wedding for two of our best friends (and now our bridesmaid & groomsman) Nick & Nikki Bellinghausen.  At the time, I was living in San Diego and he was in Dallas.  A couple months later (after a few beers) he called me up and asked me to accompany him as his date to another wedding in Iowa at Thanksgiving and also to hang out with our friends for the holiday.  He bought the plane ticket and our first date was a family wedding in Nebraska.  Fast forward 7 years and here we are cruising into our own wedding!
