Are children welcome?

Please enjoy a date night on us! Select children will be accommodated on an invitation only basis.

Question

Who can come with me to the wedding?

Answer

Your invitation will specify who we have reserved a seat for. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We suggest arriving by 5:15 pm as the ceremony procession starts promptly at 5:30 pm. The entrance to the ceremony will be closed off at 5:30 pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is free parking across from the venue labeled "Kirkbrae Event Parking". Please park there and you will be guided to the ceremony area.

Question

Jamie and Nate are having an unplugged ceremony. What does that mean?

Answer

Please honor the bride and groom's wishes and silence your phone during the ceremony and refrain from taking videos and pictures. As tempting as it may be, phones obstruct the view of others and interfere with the photographer and videographer.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

The Residence Inn is a short 5 minute drive from the venue. If you would like to take the shuttle, please reserve your spot when you RSVP.
