Please arrive by 4pm to allow for time to be seated

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There is parking on site! There will also be a shuttle picking up and dropping off from the Quality Inn in Westfield, MA.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

A shuttle service will pick up and bring back guests at the Quality Inn in Westfield, MA. Pick up will be at 3:30pm and then the shuttle will return at 10pm to bring you back. *If you are staying somewhere else, you can drive to the Quality Inn to be picked up and dropped off by the shuttle if you prefer*

What food will the food trucks offer?

Answer

We have two food trucks to choose from: 1. Local Burger: which will be serving classic burgers, fries, hotdogs, and veggie burgers. 2. NOSH: which will be serving oyster mushroom po’ boy sandwiches, jackfruit tacos, bacon jam grilled cheese, and Korean beef tacos. *oyster mushroom po’boy and jackfruit tacos are vegetarian

Are pets allowed?

Yes! The venue is animal friendly. If you are staying at The Quality Inn with your pet there is a $20 charge.

Smart casual. Nice jeans, blouses, button downs, whatever makes you feel comfortable!
