When should I RSVP by?

Can I bring a date?

If you'd like to bring a date and didn't receive a plus one, please reach out to Kyle or Jamie and we will do our best to accommodate everyone we can. The space is strictly limited to 100 guests, so we will have to plan accordingly.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is very limited parking on site, which will be mostly occupied by our vendors, so we will be providing a shuttle service to and from the venue. We'll have two high capacity buses that will pick up guests at the Gold Canyon United Methodist Church (South parking lot). We're asking anyone driving out day of to park at the Gold Canyon United Methodist Church to be shuttled to the venue. Please arrive and be ready to board the shuttle by 4:30pm at the absolute latest - if you don't make it to the shuttle on time, we can't promise you'll make it to the venue! The address for the church is: 6640 S Kings Ranch Rd, Gold Canyon, AZ 85118 Please be sure to park in the southern parking lot. If you're having any issues getting to the shuttle on Saturday, call Pete at 602.799.5153 for help. The shuttle will be running between our venue, the parking lot, and the Best Western and Gold Canyon Resort hotels every 30-60 minutes.

Where do I need to be to be picked up by the shuttle and when?

Please park at the Gold Canyon United Methodist Church, in the southern parking lot: 6640 S Kings Ranch Rd, Gold Canyon, AZ 85118 The last shuttle leaves at 4:30pm, so we're encouraging everyone to arrive and be ready to board by 4:00pm - It's very important that you don't miss the shuttle, as we can't promise you'll make to the venue on time for the ceremony! If you're having any issues getting to the shuttle on Saturday, call Pete at 602.799.5153 for help. If you're staying at one of our partner hotels (Gold Canyon Golf Resort & Spa or Best Western Gold Canyon Inn & Suites), the shuttle will be dropping off at these locations throughout the evening, but plan to depart from the church parking lot.
