Answer

Shady Creek Campers should pack the following items: - toiletries - sunscreen and bug spray - comfortable clothes and shoes for daytime activities - guests doing their makeup may want to bring a mirror - a swimsuit and towel - flip flops/shower shoes - blankets/sleeping bags and pillows (sheets will be provided)

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

Please understand that due to limited space, we are not able to accommodate everyone's children. Guests invited will be listed on your invitation.

Question

Is there a shuttle for off-site guests?

Answer

Yes! If you opt to stay at Grass Valley Courtyard Suites, there will be shuttle service to and from the venue on Saturday night. Specific shuttle times will be shared closer to the date.

Question

What's the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our ceremony and reception is something we're calling festival formal. Clothes: Flair, feathers, sparkle, shine, color, and patterns are encouraged. Most importantly, this is camp! There will be grass, dirt, and dust galore, so we encourage you to choose outfits with your comfort in mind. Matching sets, linen suits, sundresses, or trousers and a fun top would all be appropriate. Shoes: Sneakers are welcome, boots are great too! Heels are cool if you're confident walking around in them, but there will be dirt and uneven ground, so be prepared! We've put together a Pinterest board to help give you an idea of what we mean. For all the days along the way
