What is the dress code?

Our wedding dress code is semi-formal! Ladies can wear a dress or an elegant pant suit. Gentlemen can wear a dress shirt and slacks with the option to wear a tie.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

While our venue is completely indoors, there in an outdoor patio for games. Be prepared with layers for chilly weather!

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at R&R Weddings and Events. Both events will be indoors. 343 West Prairie Street Vicksburg, Michigan 49097

What happens after the ceremony?
Answer
After the ceremony, our bridal party will leave the site to take photos. During this time, we encourage you to enjoy appetizers & drinks!

What if I can't make it?

You will be missed! If you are unable to attend, please RSVP as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

We recommend you arrive thirty to fifteen minutes before the ceremony begins!

Where should guests park?
Answer
Parking is free at R&R Weddings & Events! The parking lot can accommodate 94 cars, and there is overflow parking on Draper Street. Guests are welcome to leave their cars overnight and can pick up anytime before 10AM the next morning.

Where should I book my stay?
Answer
While there are no hotels in the Vicksburg area, there are many hotels located throughout Kalamazoo and Portage that are conveniently located next to I-94 that will bring you to Vicksburg. Please visit our travel page for our personal recommendations on Kalamazoo hotels!

Will there be transportation to/from hotels?
