FAQs

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is no dress code really, just wear something nice!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Bring your kiddos along!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered with Walmart and Amazon, but above all else we are hoping for cash gifts in order to fund our future home together.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our start time is 4:30! be there or be square

Question

I can't afford to give a gift, but I still want to do something special. What can I do?

Answer

Instead of cash or a traditional gift, we would also really love recipes that mean a lot to you. We're looking forward to having a big kitchen and making all of the recipes that are shared with us!

Question

Wearing white? What will happen?

Answer

If you choose to arrive in any variation of the color White (this includes creme and ivory) you are agreeing to be covered in a red wine via super soaker that the man of honor and best man will be armed with. Please respect the bride and her wishes by NOT wearing any form of white clothing (with the exception of white button down shirts for those of you wearing suits).

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Please do not take pictures during the ceremony! We have an amazing photographer, Abbie Hawke, that will be taking pictures all day long, and working super hard during the ceremony especially. Please keep your phones and cameras away during the ceremony so you can spend the moment with us, and we will make an announcement before the ceremony begins as a reminder as well. If phones are seen during the ceremony, please expect a member of the wedding party (possibly the bride or groom) to come down and take it from you.

For all the days along the way
