Are vaccinations required?
Answer
Yes. For the safety of our beloved guests, we are requiring that all who attend our ceremony and reception are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Can I take photos/video?
Answer
We are having an unplugged ceremony. We ask that all of our guests refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony - our photographer will capture all of our special moments and we will be sure to share photos with everyone! Please do not interfere with our photographer at any time. You may take photos and videos during the cocktail hour and reception so long as our photographer’s process remains uninterrupted. We hope that you will live in this moment with us as we are incredibly excited!

Is there an open bar?
Answer
We will have an open bar during our cocktail hour. As for reception, dinners on us, drinks are on you! We’re excited to provide dinner and dancing with all of our guests. If you’d like to enjoy a drink during or after dinner, plan to hit up the ATM on your way!

What is the dress code?
Answer
The wedding is semi-formal, so we encourage you to wear cocktail attire.

Is the wedding outdoors?
Answer
Our ceremony will be outside unless there is inclement weather day of. The ceremony will be about twenty five minutes and the area is shaded. The cocktail hour and reception will be indoors (with air conditioning! It is July after all.) with opportunities to use the outdoor space to mingle if you wish.

When should I arrive?
Answer
Our ceremony begins at 5:00pm. Please do not arrive prior to 4:30pm. There is complimentary parking on site.

Answer
Yes. Saphire Estate is equipped with ramps and elevators for accessibility throughout the space.
