What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 p.m. The Shadowbrook will be providing light refreshments starting at 5:00 p.m. for those who choose to arrive ahead of time.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code is Black Tie Welcome, which means evening gowns or formal cocktail dresses for women and suits or tuxedos for men.

Are children welcome?

As much as we love your little ones, this an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy a night out. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

I have special dietary needs. What's the best way to let you know?
Answer
Meals will be ordered at the reception, so you'll be able to tell your waiter about any dietary restrictions. A vegetarian option will be available.

Will there be a shuttle from the hotel?
Answer
Yes, there will be a shuttle to and from the venue for anyone staying at the hotel. The Shadowbrook provides valet parking for guests who choose to drive themselves.

Can we post pictures on social media?
Answer
Yes!! While we ask that you silence your phones & refrain from any picture taking during the ceremony, we would love to see photos from the rest of the night! Please use the hastag #marryingmarcondes so we can see!

Will any of the wedding events be held outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will be held indoors, but there are fire pits for guests to enjoy during cocktail hour and the reception.

What time is the wedding over?
Answer
The reception will end at 11 p.m. We encourage you all to continue the celebration with us at The Courtyard Marriott in Lincroft where the hotel bar (cash bar) will be kept open until 2 a.m. for wedding guests!
