FAQs

See below for some Frequently Asked Questions. If you have any other questions other than what we’ve listed here, please feel free to reach out to us!
Question

What's the Dress Code? Certain Colors to Stick To?

Answer

The dress code is: Black Tie. Black Tie: characterized by or requiring the wearing of formal evening clothes consisting of a usually black tie and tuxedo or suit for men and a formal, floor-length gown for women - typically in neutral or dark tones. Think: black, grey, tan, beige, champagne, gold, or even deep gem tones such as navy, ruby, emerald.

Question

What Will the Weather Be Like? Is it Indoor or Outdoor?

Answer

The weather will be nice, we're anticipating around 80-degree weather. The ceremony will take place outside in the garden area, dinner will be moved to inside the mansion, and the reception will be moved to the outdoor dancing area. If you tend to get chilly, we recommend bringing a light jacket for the evening.

Question

What Time Should I Arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive at least half an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time so that we can get the ceremony started as scheduled!

Question

Where Should We Park?

Answer

There is plenty of parking (over 200 spots!) behind the mansion.

Question

Answer

You will be receiving a formal invitation after the Save the Dates. We will be having an online RSVP process to keep things easy. Stay tuned!

Question

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

Yes! There will be a buffet-style dinner with plenty of options in order to accommodate everyone's needs.

Question

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes! In fact, we encourage it! Please feel free to use #LoveYouToPearces so that we can see everyone's photos! Note: We will be having an unplugged ceremony (meaning no phones), which is very important to us so that everyone can be present. Our photography and videography team will be sure to capture these special moments.
