What are your venue's COVID-19 protocols?

Answer

All servers and professional staff will be wearing masks and gloves. All food is individually plated to avoid cross contamination. Our guests are asked to wear masks in the common spaces of the venue. We have a large space with access to outdoor as well, and will work to seat you all with families/friends you are regularly around. Please know that if you do not feel comfortable attending, Jake and I completely understand and encourage you to prioritize your own safety.

When should I book my room by?

Answer

ASAP! Our official cut-off date is May 11, 2021 to book your room. It's connected to the venue, so be sure to get your room early so we can dance the night away!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

As we've lived together for over two years, we've also done a Honeymoon Registry for those that may want to help us make memories over meatloaf!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we kindly request our wedding be an adults-only affair.

Is there a shuttle for the wedding?

Answer

We won't need one! The hotel is conveniently attached to the banquet hall - let's party the night away.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We're asking for semi-formal attire, so cocktail dresses, dress slacks, etc. This is a classy rager!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

May 11, 2021 please! We are having a choice menu and this allows us time to touch base with the venue on final arrangements.

If your invitation includes a guest, we welcome you to bring a date.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know on your RSVP or email Amber directly at amberravenscroft@gmail.com. Our venue is more than willing to make accommodations for dietary restrictions.
