Red-Lane Spa
You can book spa-services ahead of time to be sure you get the appointment when you want! If you have spa credit associated with your room, you'll need to wait and book those services at the resort when you arrive.
SCUBA
Andrew and Cheryl are both PADI Open Water (OW) certified divers; along with a handful of others in our travel group. If you have any interest in trying this out, Sandals offers a $100 discover SCUBA resort course that will allow you to dive with instructors throughout the week! If you decide to get certified, they offer the full OW class, as well as an AdvancedOW (AOW) class if you're already certified. We plan to dive a ton while on the trip - so feel free to join us or let us know you want to plan a dive together!
