Please RSVP by March 1st!! Please note that guests will not be able to enter the reception until 3:30 PM. For guests who wish to drink please note it will be a cash bar and identification will be required per the venue Please pick one of the following meals. (Children may pick from the two items below or a grilled cheese sandwich with chips). SALMON LAFAYETTE **Grilled Salmon topped with an Étouffée tomato cream sauce, onions and bell peppers, whipped potatoes and freshly sautéed green beans. GRILLED CHICKEN **Jambalaya (rice, Andouille sausage, tomato, and peppers) stuffed chicken served with grilled asparagus and topped with sun-dried tomato vinaigrette. Vegetarian/Gluten Free: Creole stuffed portobello mushrooms stuffed with spinach, tomato, beyond meat crumbles, cheese served with whipped potatoes and sauteed green beans.
