Why did you pick to have it on a Monday?
Answer
We chose a Monday because it allowed us to have our dream venue within our budget. We truly hope you can join us for our special day, even though it’s on a weekday. If not, we’ll miss you and hope to celebrate with you another time!

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
We kindly ask that you RSVP by March 24, 2025. This allows us enough time to provide final numbers to all of our vendors.

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
Yes, we are registered at Target, Amazon, and Honey Fund. We will also have a card box at the reception for any cards/cash gifts.

What Time Do The Festivities Start?
Answer
The Ceremony will begin promptly at 5PM. We kindly ask you to arrive 15-30 minutes early to mingle with other guests before the "I DO'S!"

Can I Bring a Date?
Answer
All invited guests will be listed on the formal invitation. If your invitation is address to you "and date", you are welcome to bring a date. Otherwise, we kindly ask you to attend unaccompanied. Due to budget constraints, we can only accommodate our closest family and friends. We thank you for understanding!

Are Children Invited?
Answer
While we love your little ones, this will be an adults only celebration! With the exception of immediate family's children for the ceremony only. We hope you take this opportunity to treat our wedding day as a night to relax and enjoy! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes. We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress code is black tie optional. The ceremony will be held outdoors and the reception will be held indoors.

Do you have a room block for the out-of-town guests?
Answer
Yes, we've created a room block at the Courtyard Toledo/Maumee/Arrowhead hotel on 415 W. Dussel Drive in Maumee, OH. It's a 20 minute drive from the venue to the hotel. Is smoking allowed on the premises?
Answer
Our venue is the beautiful Birchwood Meadow located in Swanton, OH. This venue prohibits smoking anywhere on the premises, including outdoors on the property.
