The 3 areas we recommend staying in are; St Julians', Sliema and Valletta.
Malta is a small island so if you choose to stay other than these areas you will not be too far away.
Valletta: Malta's capital city which is steeped in history, beautiful buildings and great restaurants.
Sliema:(pronounced slee-ma)is only a short ferry ride from Valletta. It is on the beach and has a great mix of hotels and restaurants.
St Julians: On the other side of Sliema within walking distance is St Julians a seaside town with the best nightlife in Malta. It is also only a 12min drive from Valletta. If staying in St Julians we would recommend not staying in Paceville if you want to get any sleep!
