Ladies, please do not wear black, red or white. Recommendations: Day 1: Cute but casual. Wear your summer dress (women) and cute shirt (men) Day 2: During the day: Whatever you feel comfortable in Wedding party: Formal summer dresses, heels, suits (bowtie / tie optional), pants, shirts Please note, we will be outside on grass. We don't recommend stilettos. Day 3: Casual
Ristonchi Castle is located 50 min from Florence Airport. There are taxi and buses that can be pre-booked.
Our dream wedding is having all the people we love celebrate during 4 forgettable days. That's all we could ever ask for and we are so excited that you will make it! We do not expect any gifts. If you still wish to give a gift, we would appreciate gifts in the form of gift cards, cash and similar items that we can take home on the plane.
Yes there will be a few to share!
The furnishings are typical Tuscan style, and some of the bathrooms are small and quirky, but that's the fun of staying in an old castle. When you wake up you know you’re in Tuscany! There is heating, but no air conditioning. The thick stone walls and fresh mountain breeze should keep you comfortable, or there is a fresh spring water pool that will definitely do the trick! We will set up an ironing station for anyone needing to iron their clothes during their stay. There are no laundry facilities onsite. There is a bar and small shop where you can buy coffee, drinks, ice cream and snacks. The castle is secluded so please bring everything special (like medication) you'll need for the weekend with you.
No, but the old stone walls keep the temperature down and there will be fans in all rooms.
