The One Where We Get Married

When Jake made the decision to go to school to pursue God's calling on his life, everyone told him he would be a ring by spring - to which Jake said "no way!' When Megan chose to return to Oak Hills instead of continuing her transfer process to a school in Ohio, her parents lamented that she would never find a man to marry at that tiny little Bible college. Then, as Megan was unpacking her dorm room things after spending a full week in Ohio, Jake walked by on his way to night class. Caleb, Megan's good friend from freshman year, stopped Megan as she was unpacking her car. "That's Jake" Caleb pointed out. "You need to meet Jake. Jake is wheat (a Bible college term for dateable.) Megan laughed and went on her way unpacking. As Jake and Megan continued to get to know one other, Megan sending Jake an absurd amount of texts inviting him to campus events, they began to realize that they were indeed each 'wheat'. So, our ring by spring romance begun, and we are incredibly excited to have you as part of our celebration!
