here's to forever

Ever since we were 15 years old, we knew we were going to spend the rest of our lives together. We grew up two streets away from each other in Holliston, Massachusetts and yes, we rode the bus together. In fact, Courtney made the first move and very anxiously asked to sit next to Jake on the bus. Our bond was immediate and undeniable. We were inseparable the moment that we met. It was only 4 months after dating that Courtney wrote in her journal how she knew she was going to marry this boy. Throughout every milestone in our lives, we have been by each other's side. Graduating from high school, moving away to college, graduating from that chapter in our lives, to moving all across the country, to building our own businesses, to having and loving our puppy, Navy Mae and so much more. Now, 10 years later, we get to finally celebrate our decade of love with all of our closest family and friends and we couldn't be more excited.

This was quite possibly the best surprise that has ever been pulled off, in the history of surprises. Caroline and Courtney were planning a surprise family photoshoot for their mom. Courtney was under the impression that she was "in on the secret". Courtney's mom, Kate played along, acting completely surprised when we got to the photoshoot location and Courtney thought that she pulled off a killer Christmas present. Little did she know that the whole day was a surprise for her. Jake had told Courtney that he couldn't make the family photos and that he would see her on Christmas. Halfway through the photoshoot, we went in to refill our hot chocolate mugs...and maybe add a little Jack Daniels to it. Yum. When we walked back outside, everyone let Courtney go out first. There was a beautiful set up with a fire pit, wooden barrels, candles lit, cozy blankets, smoke blowing in the air and there Jake sat grinning from ear to ear while our families sat back and watched as Jake got down on one knee. Yes, Courtney was Kim Kardashian, ugly style crying for about 20 minutes straight. It was the easiest yes and the best day of our lives. That is, until June 4th, 2021 comes around.

This is the epic celebration of our 10 years of love. We are so unbelievably excited to celebrate and document this beautiful occasion on June 4th, in gorgeous St. Augustine, Florida. We want this week to be filled with laughter, love, tan lines and the best memories with our family and friends. With so many fun activities and gorgeous spots, we know that this will be a weekend you will never forget. We want to welcome this next chapter of our lives with every one of you by our side, as we embark on the next 100 years together. So bring your flip flops, your bathing suite and get ready. This will quite possibly be the celebration and party of the century!
