Yes! Plus we will have activities and lawn games for kids (and adults) to enjoy!

There is a parking lot as well as an overflow grass lot available.

What is the venue like?

Answer

The venue is a mansion off the Saginaw River redesigned into a bed and breakfast. We are renting the entire grounds which means you have access to the inside, the patio, and the lawn, with the reception being inside a cathedral tent. The ceremony itself is on the back of the property on grass and gravel.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal / Cocktail. Please be aware that the ceremony and reception will be on grass when deciding on footwear. Since we will be mostly outside and in a tent, make sure to keep an eye on the temperature as we can't guarantee what Michigan weather will be like. Fingers crossed for beautiful weather!

What type of food and drink will be served?

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a buffet dinner. Please enjoy the open bar throughout the night! The food and drinks will be located just inside of the mansion.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Please put your phones away during the ceremony as the photographers will do wonderful work. Pictures throughout the rest of the night are welcomed.

What time is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. Please allow time for travel and possible construction backups.

Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?

Answer

There are rooms at the venue slotted for the wedding party and select others. If you need a hotel there are several in the area: Four Points Sheraton Red Roof Inn Ramada by Wydham Holiday Inn Hampton Inn & more
