We had a chance meeting on a social media site because Jaedin is a wonderful artist! We started chatting about our favorite shows and just never stopped; shortly afterwards River asked Jaedin out and the rest is history. Jaedin has visited River a few times in Louisiana and River has spent months at a time living with Jaedin in Toronto since he is lucky enough to have a work from home job.

River took Jaedin out for dinner and a movie and proposed after the movie under a pavilion at Perkins Rowe in Baton Rouge. It was around 11pm and no one else was there but he was so nervous! Thankfully Jaedin said yes. We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you.
