We’re getting married!!!

In 6th grade we had the same English class and he sat behind me. We had two friends that thought it would be a good idea to get us together (and it was). So they talked to both of us and after class and he asked for my number and we texted non-stop, well I say text, we send paragraphs of emojis to each other lol. We have been inseparable ever since.

My mom found out I had a boyfriend and wanted me to break up with him, because I had just gotten out of a relationship. But I didn’t want to because I really liked him so I didn’t and we kept dating for about 2 months. Valentine’s Day came around and he bought me flowers, a bear, and some chocolate. My mom came home from work and found them on the table, I figured she would be mad but she wasn’t she was actually glad I didn’t break up with him.

I started looking for rings in the summer of 2022 and sent pictures to my mom and her mom to get their opinion to see if Jaden would like it. I also asked my mom to help me plan the whole engagement. Then I bought the ring and hid it in my roommates room so she wouldn’t find it so after I had bought the ring I wanted something for myself so I actually bought a new monitor for my computer and let’s just say she wasn't the happiest because she said I should be saving for a ring but little did she know I already had the ring. But then I made the choice to take the ring from the spot it was in and move it to a bag that I was taking home to visit family for the holidays so I wouldn’t forget it since we live 4 hours away from home. Then the next day we went home and had family pictures with her family for a distraction for her to get ready like her nails and make-up because I knew she always said that she wanted them done when I did propose so it was a great excuse to make sure she had no clue what was about to happen. Then I said that my mom was needing me for something so I could leave a little early from pictures to help my mom set up the engagement spot. Then her sister, sisters boyfriend and brother took her to her sisters house to see her dogs, then she took her to the spot witch was over by the Texas A&M-Commerce and she said they wanted to look at Christmas lights. They got out and walked over to me and I proposed. I had all of her family and my family hiding because she always said she wanted both families there. Then after the engagement come to find out that she actually was doing my laundry from thanksgiving when we went home the first time and she had already found the ring before the engagement.
