We met at a party and hit it off as friends. We remained friends texting on the phone due to our distance between Fresno and Riverside for about a year. In October of 2021, Oscar came to Fresno for a weekend to hang out. That was the moment we both knew we were end game.

Oscar left for Poland and was stationed there for his deployment. During the summer, Jade made her way to Turkey to visit her cousin Courtney, and then to Poland to visit Oscar. Jade crossed the ocean to see her man!

Oscar moved to Fresno in March 2023 to be with Jade. We knew in our hearts we were right for each other. While living with my parents, we saved money to buy a house. We are so happy to announce our house is built, and we moved in August 2024.

Jade waited on Oscar's proposal for years, anxious about when it would happen!! There were times Jade thought it would happen, but it didn't, then it did!! One beautiful day we went hiking in Riverside with our doggo Roxy. We walked to the top of the vista where there was only a few other people and decided to take a break taking in the view. Oscar then pulled Jade aside to a more private area on the mountain and he dropped down on one knee and asked for her hand while Roxy looked on. The rest is history in the making!

We got married in the Fresno courthouse on Friday, May 24th, 2024, in front of our parents. Officially sealing the deal!

We are happy to announce that our house was started in 2023, and we are now homeowners.

We adopted our fur-babies, Marlie and Phoebe, in November. We love them so much and they definitely are giving us a glimpse into having children of our own. Roxy, their older dog sister, is holding down the fort in Riverside.
